Access Agriculture

Collaboration on knowledge dissemination and learning towards sustainable agricultural development in the Philippines

About Access Agriculture

Based on the demand of the community of agricultural extension service providers, agricultural universities, government staff and farmer organisations in developing countries, and with full backing of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Access Agriculture was founded in 2012 to enable South-South exchange on and access to quality audio-visual training materials to secure sustainable livelihoods of smallholder farmers and users of natural resources. Access Agriculture is an international non-profit organisation that works across the global South, with Head Office in Brussels, Belgium and regional offices in Kenya, Benin, Bangladesh, and Bolivia.

Both parties agree that it is in their mutual interest and benefit to work cooperatively towards mainstreaming the use of quality farmer training videos in international and local languages to support development of the organic sector and enhance its positive impact on rural communities in the Philippines and beyond.
